Photos: Protest at University of Lagos as Indian VP pays a visit


 
 
There was a protest at the University of Lagos (Unilag) today. According to reports, some students embarked on a peaceful protest but the gates of the school were shut down in the process.

Interestingly, the Indian Vice President, Mohammad Hamid Ansari, was to deliver a lecture at the Main auditorium of the school today. No word yet on whether it was cancelled or it went on as planned.
